A little scary but he did it

The 9 foot section is really deep but Aydan put a noodle around himself and slowly got in!!!

I am preparing for my yearly 31 conference trip--what's awesome this year is that it is in Denver!!!
Ian took a few vacations days to keep herd on the kiddos (we don't have the luxury of having others help us in these times) But I think he is very happy to be able to spend the few days with them!!!

Growing healthy kids

and my grocery bill concurs!!!!

All the kiddos have been to their well baby checks in the past couple weeks and all are doing great!!

Kyndal and Brooklyn moving right along growing growing growing!!
Quintin FINALLY grew, he grew 5 inches and gained 25lbs since last year (didnt think he was ever gonna grow hahah) since football practice has started a few weeks ago this kid is pure muscle!!!
Aydan--this was a hilarious visit!! First he had to pee in a cup (he looked at me like I was insane) So I told him I would hold it and he just pee in it but not on me--he did, but the whole time going, "this is weird and so disgusting ha) Then the nurse did her thing and told him to strip down to his undies--UM WHAT?? he was very hesitant and I had to coax him into doing so. So then the dr comes in, talks to him, checks him out and asks him to drop his undies--OMG the look (I was laughing on the inside) we both explained to him only drs and parents can look at him boy parts, he finally got close enough for the dr to "check" him. I hope he isnt too traumatized (but it was kinda funny)

So hopefully we have a healthy winter (haha) and dont have to go back to dr till next year (I know wishful thinking!!)

No bubbles

Ian soaks in the hot tub while the kids have swim lessons. He told me the old ladies keep turning the bubbles on. Today after the old lady water class, sure enough they turn the bubbles on and get in. The look on his face today haha

For the love of applesauce

The kids love those applesauce pouches-and I do too, except they are outrageously expensive.So one day while they each sucked down 2 each, I thought--there has to be a reusable one out there somewhere--So to amazon I go (I love amazon!!) and I found these cool reusable pouches (they are bigger, and awesome) Now I can buy jar applesause for the quarter of the cost of the store made pouches!!! We also put yogurt in them!!!

What's going on

Summertime!!!
Brooklyn goes to a little school program M-Th, she is really liking it--I do not like the getting up at 7 (it is summer I wanna sleep in!!)
Kyndal has been in swim lessons (something to keep her busy)
Aydan has been at gwamma and grandpas for the past couple weeks--having so much fun I am sure
Quintin started football training--he needed something to do (again the 730 practices ugh)
Zach is working at Papa Murphys and doing some choir things or just sitting in his room all day on his computer (annoys me)

Fun at the zoo

Savannah and I took the kiddos to the zoo!! We watched the wildlife show and walked and walked! After lunch the kids (and moms) were pretty much done!!
