Mr Fix it

So one of the neighbors put this lawnmower on the curb and said ":free, does not work" SO I made Q go get it right away--cause free is good!!
Then Ian gave me crap cause he probably couldn't fix it---pppssshhh I knew he could
AND today he found the problem (bad o rig at gas line) and boom YES he fixed it!!
WOOHOO for a free mower!!!

I do not like chops!!!

So Ian has been growing these chops for a month now--I do not like them--blech

So after begging and pleading and telling him no beer till he shaves them--FINALLY they are gone
MUCH better with out!!!

I ran Aydan to school one morning and came home to this......
I asked her why she was eating it and she told me she just needed to taste it!

Mr. Organizer

SO I have been walking Aydan to school in the mornings, we get there a little early (imagine that) and it is funny to watch him interact with his friends!! He is the one who starts the game, explains all the rules and make sure everyone is following the rules, he congragulates the winners and praises the loosers--I love it--it is so funny to watch his imagination in action and his genetic Hyrup OCD (hahah--grandma knows what I mean)!!

3 yr olds and scooters

Don't mix so well, she is too small to steer it correctly, then gets tired and so on...
So when we walked to pick up A & B from school, K rode her scooter for about 2 minutes, walked for about 10 and rode in the stroller the rest of the way!

my Heart

People always give me a look when I say I have 5 kids...I hate that look, I hate what people "might" be thinking-when in all reality--it aint their business and if they don't like it--go away!!!
Being the mom of these 5 very different children is not easy by any means--but I never pretend it is nor do I pretend everything is perfect--cause nothing is!!
BUT I can never imagine my life without every single one of them, they are so different and they all have HUGE hearts!!!

Let's go for a Drive

Today we tried out a new church and I think we are going to like it--much smaller than the one we were going to (it gave me crowd anxiety)
Then we went up to Estes Park--so pretty!! We went thru Lyons which had a lot of flooding last August--I didnt get to look much cause I was driving but some still looked bad :(
Then we stopped at the lake right as you come in to Estes Park and took a few pics of the kiddos.  Then we drove around a little (next time I need to see where to go and see things) We did see Elk and big horn sheep (I guess this is normal for up there BUT i have never been so it was AWESOME!!!)

I splurged and got a new grill last weekend (on sale of course) and I LOVE it!!! Ian went back to work and I have been grilling every night!! I went to one of my freezer meal prep thingys for GRILL meals--I can't wait to make them all!!
