SSSOOO Ian and I rarely have a chance to have a full conversation--with the 5 kids who all need attention and him work long hours from noon-one or two in the morning, we only sometimes see each other in passing.  So he got his jury notice in the mail, and I called to see if he had to do it and it was canceled,
 SO I called him and left a message "hey babe I called on your jury duty and you have to be there at 8 on Tuesday and to prepare for a 10 trial....(long pause)......hahah JK it was canceled. Luv ya Bye"
SSOOO Last night here is how the convo goes
I-so my boss is not happy with a 10 day trial jury duty
M-WHAT??
I-the message you left me
M-yeah did you not listen to it till the end? (i am laughing my butt off by now)
I-um NO i listened to what I needed to hear and played it for the boss--WHY??
M-hahahah dumbass at the end I said haha just kidding it was canceled (seriously laughing now)
I-ARE you serious?? OMG why didnt youtell me
M-I DID, at the end of the message
I-why the heck do you like srewing with me, that is not funny (he is laughing too now)
M-hahahahhahaha
I-oh my boss is gonna LOVE this

It is not even July 4th and we have our first accident--ugh.....So Ian got some of the "real" fireworks on his way home from ND. ANd Q (being the brilliant one he is) got one shot in his eye....it wasnt as bad as they thought it was when they came running into the house freaking out!! So apperently he shot off his firecracker and it went into the air but a piece shot back got stuck in the bill of his hat and fell into his eyelid...ugh it might be a LONG summer--haha

So with all these kids that they say I have too feed, I started couponing hard core (not totally extreme cause I don't like to buy things I dont need) But today I only got to go to Safeway before Ian went to work BUT I saved 47% or $75 or so dollars--which I put in my gas tank but with groceries I got my 10 cent off per gallon gas.

Mother of the year

NOT ME....So B has had a fever off and on for the past few days (same kind of thing Aydan had but he got over fast) she woke up this morning at 630 screaming because she couldnt open her eyes (they were madded shut with good)  So I took her in to the dr finally (cause I knew if I didnt this weekend she would have gotten worse) Well the poor baby has a double ear infection and eye infection...ugh So I feel bad I let her go all week with it.

things I ponder

So although we have been busy with this last week of school, it also has been pretty borning blog wise--so sorry about that my faithful readers.  So I thought I would just blabber about some things I ponder oh and maybe an aydanism...

1-the neighbors have 8 kids (yes 8, makes me feel better haha, but I have never seen them haul in groceries--I mean they have to eat right?? and NO I dont watch them 24/7 but you would think every now and then I would see some kind on food go into the house....strange
2-why do boys stink? even after they shower--do they forget to scrub their feet?? I have alot of boy stink in my house!!
3-Aydan ism-I got aydan mcdonalds the other day but first we discussed what he wanted
M-do you want mcdonalds or burger king
A-Mcdonalds--it is so good
M-um no it is not
A-which do you like best mom
M-Neither they are both gross
A-Oh mom, mcdonald is great-you can have a hamburger, chicken nuggets and fries OH and a toy, so mom it is the best!!
M-ok I can't argue with that!!
4-why can't my house stay clean..it can't be the 4 hethans going behind me with dirty hands and feet destroying everything i clean--can it??
5-I have come to the conlusion that my laundry reproduces in the wash
6-Brooklynism-she calls the cat-titty tat, she cant say her c's for some reason something to work on this summer

2-i really did push out all 5 kids (last 3 with epidural of course)
3-i have some ocd--like I HAVE to be on time always!! (and I have a slow husband who loves to see the vein pop out in my head when he tries so hard to make me late)
4-I have a purse, shoe and VS addiction....I think I have enough underware for the rest of my life...(but with new styles coming out every season, I will buy more--hahahah)
5-I have a serious internet/facebook/blogger/shopping problem
6-My middle name is Lee (after what I have no idea)
7-I have 4 nieces and one on the way..no nephews--what is up with that???
8-I actually like to drink water
9-I hate the taste of beer
10-hhhmmm cant think of anything else hahah

I guess it is B's turn to be sicky...same fever and sleeping as Aydan...I am glad that is all it is.  But this little princess refuses to take any meds..chewable or liquid, so I havent given her any most the day..and when I do give it to her it is a fight--I literally have to hold her down, shoot it to the back of her throat and hold her nose so she swallows it--yeah it is a sight to see I bet, I usually get half of it in her and the rest she spits out onto me..ugh hope this gets over fast!!!

Oh rapture day....

what did you do??? Well I finished knitting a hat and started another, made some lemon cupcakes (got the frosting right but not the cake--gonna need some help with that!!!) Brooklyn played in a box, Zach layed on the couch with the new kitty, Quintin at chips and made a mess on the floor, Kyndal napped off and on in her swing and Aydan is spending the day with Auntie M and Uncle Duffy....wow we are a boring bunch for the end of the world day--hahahaha Don't worry we will have more fun tomorrow!!!

ssshhh dad doesnt know yet--but even though he "claims" to hate animals, we do catch him being nice to them when we arent around!!! (I hope she survives Brooklyn!!)

Dad is gone again

So I am bittersweet about this for sure!! I did survive last time (thanks to Domma and Auntie M for giving me help and a break) AND his pay check was more (so this week I got to pay all the bills AND buy groceries) Torwards the end of the two weeks you could tell the kids were missing him alot, BUT then he comes home and screws up my whole routine--gggrrrr BUt it was good to have him home!!  So here we go again not sure how long he will be gone this time, they said anywhere from a week to two. Wish us luck!!!

Sicky Boy

Poor Aydan has been sicky for the past few days, running a fever off and on, and sleeping off and on. Today he had energy then I would turn around and he would be sound asleep on the couch :( Hope whatever he has gets over fast!!!

So Ian is leaving for ND again on Thursday BUT he has a few things to get done first...LIKE putting new brakes on my car. yeah they were grinding pretty bad (oops), now if they go out on me in the next few days we know why (he staged it--hahah JK)

...you are looking a little rough around the edges!! So Cookies history..I think he is the ONE toy that has traveled with us for YEARS...he was a gift to Quintin when he was 2 I think--It was a 'tickle me cookie monster'...Well Q never played with it too much and I found him when Aydan was 1 and took the tickle box out (it didnt work) and Cookie has been with Aydan ever since!!!
