This was the last concert the boys will play together in!! So proud!!

My shoulder hurts

FINALLY going to PT and to a orthopedic surgeon to see what is up with my rotary cuff--all this running has pissed it off
I only hope PT can fix it cause I do not have time for surgery and recovery--ugh

Still running

We ran the Erin Go Braugh 7.77K (or 4.8 miles) and I finished!!!
30 minutes after Q but that doesnt count!! He did get 1st in his age group!! It was good for him to run a little!!  We have a 5 mile this weekend and 3 5ks in April (including the Graffiti Run with the kids--yay!!)
