The kids and 1 went to the airshow--they love the planes!! They were super tired by the end of the day but it was worth it!!

Yes I think it is finally time for Zach to get a big boy bed--LOL I had a friend get rid of her queen mattress set...SO since Zach is hanging off his twin bed, he needed a new bed!!!
It takes up most of his room, but he really likes to be able to move a little in bed!!!

Friday night Zach did Color Guard for the Central Homecoming Half time show!

 

Saturday Q played Football, they won 16-12

Zach is in the color guard this year--you know the guys that twirl the flag with the marching band. Some might think eh that's nothing BUT I have learned thru Zach it is in fact hard word--ane he now has some pretty strong arms!!!

So Sunday was Grandpas Bithday-
-he is the greatest: Zach got to drive and the other ones got to ride in the back of the truck--best things ever!!!

Then Aydan got to spank him 65 times, I think his hand really hurt after hahaha

Our Weekend!!

Saturday was football of course!! They won 24-12 (it was a screaming game!!) this is one of Q's tackles!!





Sunday we headed up to the Mesa to see the pretty colors changing--Love the colors of hte Aspens!!!

We had a picnic lunch, saw a moose, watched the chipmunks and birds take our scraps, hiked a little and eneded up at Lands End to see the scene from high above and little fat chipmuncks!!!

It was 65 degrees so poor Zach sat in the sun

A MOOSE!! We saw a moose on the Mesa--thank goodness the car in front of us stopped to look at it!! (pics arent very good, I have to act fast!!)

Brooklynism

on our way home from school the other day:

B- MOM we have horses at my school
M-Realy (I am thinking there is a pasture close with horses)
B-yeah and I can ride them
M-huh? you can?? (I am confused now)
B-but they dont have bodies they have sticks
M-OH (stick horses ha)
B-we ride them fast!!

Kyndal Claps for me now when I guess correctly on what she wants!!

Today I asked if she wanted her cup, juice or pancake..when I said pancake she clapped and said YES!!!

Happy 1st Birthday

My sweet baby niece turns one today!! Happy Birthday Kaylynn!!! (I am super bummed I live so far away and miss all these special moments :( )

I got a new chair!!

It is so nice to get rid of baby stuff--and it was the high chairs time to go!! She is so excited to sit at teh table with the rest of us!!

Sunday Family Funday

Picnic and Fishing it is!!!
We had fried chicken, potato salad (Zach was happy about that), butter and hiney sandwhiches, and watermelon--YUMMO!!!!
Then we fished--it took "some" of us a few tries to cast out there but we got the hang of it, even Aydan was casting far out there by himself!! B hooked my leg--but Domma pulled it out with ease--not much pain, Uncle Duffy was the fish hooker, fixer upper--lol Everyone (kids) caught a tiny fish, Q caught a few--Even Zach got one--although it jumped off the hook as he reeled it in--BUT we all saw it!! We were all impressed how good A and B were waiting for them to hook on!!

The weather was so so nice, adn it started to rain on us as we were leaving (but it was nice too!!)
We ended the night with Pizza--cant beat a day like that!!!
